Tallinn, Estonia — 27 May 2026 — Yesterday, the France Estonia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Estonie) successfully hosted the Grand Finale of the 4th Ukrainian Women Business Competition at the Solaris Centre. The high-profile event saw a lineup of talented women take the stage to pitch their innovative business ideas, celebrating the resilience, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Ukrainian women in Estonia.
The prestigious event was held in the distinguished presence of Signe Riisalo, Riigikogu MP; H.E. Emmanuel G. F. Mignot, French Ambassador to Estonia; and H.E. Volodymyr Boiechko, Ukrainian Ambassador to Estonia.
A 3-Month Journey: The collection of projects and the general organization of the competition were brilliantly led over a rigorous three-month period by Alice Järvet (CCI France Estonie Board Member), with the dedicated assistance of Alexey Petrenko (CCI France Estonie Board Member) The event spread an atmosphere of joy and celebration thanks to the support of Best Wine bar, François Byvoet (CCI France Estonie Vice President), and Marie-Markiine Kruusmann.
The difficult task of assessing the high-caliber pitches fell to a panel of experts. The Jury was expertly conducted by Lev Dolgatsjov and included: Eda Mölder, Psychotherapist, Violaine Champetier de Ribes, President of CCI France Estonie, Kristi Lehtis – Chocolala, Merle Laidro – Founder of Edelstein.
To boost their next steps toward success, the top three winners were awarded prizes. The 1st Place Winner received a one-year free membership to CCI France Estonie and mentorship alongside a voucher sponsored by Coinspaid solutions to create a professional website. Furthermore, all three winners received a voucher for a luxurious night’s stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn.
1st Place — Natalia Shevchenko Personalized Children’s Books with Psychological Value. Nataliia Shevchenko secured the top prize with a creative publishing concept focused on producing personalized children’s books with emotional and psychological depth. Each story is individually customized to reflect a specific child’s name, appearance, family members, and personal experiences. Beyond mere entertainment, these books serve as tools for emotional support, self-understanding, and strengthening family bonds. Shevchenko’s long-term vision includes establishing a café-bookstore and developing a recognizable,
family-oriented creative brand centered on emotional wellbeing and human connection.
2nd Place — Olena Sokolova Women’s Mental & Physical Health Center. The project is designed to support women during major life transitions, including post-pregnancy recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. By combining physical rehabilitation, mental health support, and holistic wellness practices, the center aims to help women maintain their health, productivity, and quality of life. Sokolova envisions building a supportive community space and eventually expanding into a network of centers across Estonia and beyond.
3rd Place — Ganna Tyrkova Financial & Accounting Consulting Services. Ganna Tyrkova earned third place for her professional consulting business, which offers financial, tax, and accounting support for companies operating in Estonia and Ukraine. Leveraging a Master’s degree in Financial Management and over
20 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, Tyrkova’s business addresses a vital market gap. Her services—ranging from tax consulting and financial strategy to company formation—directly assist Ukrainian entrepreneurs navigating cross-border regulations and adapting to the Estonian business ecosystem.
