The first Tuesday of every month brings a sweet treat for members of CCI France-Estonie (formerly CAdFE) as they come together in a warm and inviting atmosphere to network and explore diverse topics. This month’s gathering was particularly delightful, hosted by one of our esteemed Gold Members, Chocolala, in their charming establishment.

A Taste of Networking
The event provided the perfect backdrop for both seasoned members and newcomers to mingle and forge connections. It was a pleasure to welcome our new members, who took the opportunity to introduce themselves and their ventures:

Chocolala: A Sweet Host
Our gracious hosts, Youssef Laban and Kristi Lehtis, the dynamic duo behind Chocolala, opened their doors and hearts to the CCI France-Estonie members. Founded in 2013, Chocolala has quickly risen to become a prominent player in Estonia’s confectionery scene, known for their luxury handmade chocolates and innovative bean-to-bar products.

A Journey Through Chocolate
The evening was not just about networking; it was an immersive experience into the world of fine chocolate. Attendees had the unique opportunity to indulge in Chocolala’s exquisite creations while learning about the intricate process of chocolate-making.
Chocolala’s commitment to quality and innovation was evident in every bite. Their chocolates are a testament to the rich Nordic culinary tradition, incorporating local ingredients like lingonberries, sea buckthorn, and even reindeer moss into their recipes.
