Violaine Champetier de Ribes (Chairwoman)

Violaine has worked in communications for over 20 years. In 2017, she became e-Resident.
She set up an Estonian company whose mission was to organize study trips to Estonia for French decision-makers.
Since September 2020, she has been living in Tallinn and currently works as a sustainable development manager for an Estonian company.
In November 2021, she was appointed citizen diplomat by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for her commitment to promoting the history of digital Estonia in France.

Brice Gasnier (Vice President)

Brice has been working as a computer engineer for over 16 years.
He trained at the ESAIP engineering school in Saint Barthélemy d’Anjou.

Passionate about new technologies, Brice has been involved in a number of innovative, cutting-edge projects in the defense and maritime sectors.
He has now chosen to design and develop software solutions to improve the productivity of his colleagues in the logistics, trading and energy sectors.
His expertise and experience enable him to create modern, high-performance systems to meet a wide range of industrial challenges.

Originally from France, he arrived in Estonia at the end of 2014, speaks fluent Estonian and has traveled all over the country, which has given him an in-depth knowledge of the country and its customs.
By joining the CCIFE, Brice will be able to share his knowledge and passion for these 2 countries for the benefit of the community.

Noemie

Jean-Marc Salsa (Treasurer)

Always learning, always discovering, always connecting” is his credo. Jean-Marc loves to travel and discover new ideas and concepts.
Trained as an engineer, he turned increasingly to the “business” side (management consulting), to specialize in innovation (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and digitalization (Customer Experience, Process Improvement, Creation of new Business Models).
Estonia – one of the most digitized countries in the world – has naturally become a playground for these activities. Today, Jean-Marc never stops traveling, and enjoys working and getting involved with young companies with innovative and responsible projects.

Olivier Chabilan

Olivier has been working in engineering for almost 30 years, first in the aerospace and automotive sectors, and now in robotics.

Initially focused on mechanical engineering, design, manufacturing, assembly and configuration management processes, he gradually and naturally specialized in systems and their architectures, while developing other interests such as marketing and public relations.

He moved to Tallinn with his family in July 2016 and is cultivating his network through his professional experience and address book.
Through his involvement with the CCIFE, Olivier continues to forge links between France and Estonia.

Olivier Chabilan

François Byvoet

François has been working in the banking and financial sector as an IT specialist for almost 20 years, with experience gained in Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.

His expertise covers the regulatory reporting requirements ( #RegTech ) that banks must follow to keep their licenses active and show accurate pictures of their activities to the authorities. Through the various financial crises of the century, François has seen how the new controls put in place to protect citizens and other businesses have become more stringent, requiring robust IT solutions.

Together with other freelancers in the Baltic region and Belgium, François provides services to financial institutions in need of his expertise (technical & functional).

Alice Järvet

After a long career in the public sector, international relations and fundraising, Alice changed the course of her life by taking a year to travel the world and discover herself anew.

In 2015, she set up a video production company, which has been active ever since.

Since the start of the war in Ukraine in 2022, Alice has been actively involved in the NGO Hands For Ukraine, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 2023. Its aim is to help Ukrainian women and children find housing. Alice is very attached to French culture and its people.

By joining CAdFE, she aims to contribute her knowledge and expertise, as well as her network of contacts.
