Business Competition for Ukrainian Refugee Women

Join us for a special event to support Ukrainian refugee women as they present their business projects.

  • New Start: Supporting Ukrainian Women Through Mentoring
    Join us on May 18 for the presentation of four business projects led by Ukrainian refugee women in Estonia.

    About the event:
    This competition is organized in collaboration with Hands for Ukraine and the Foreign Investors Council of Estonia (FICE). The event aims to support Ukrainian women who are fluent in English and motivated to start their own businesses in Estonia.

    Featured projects:
    🍰 Halyna Proode – Gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based desserts and cakes without refined sugar or artificial ingredients.
    💻 Anna Posdniakova – Influencer marketing agency connecting influencers from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania with companies.
    🥓 Anna Lytvyn – Healthy snacks, including dried fruits, meat, and vegetables.
    🔠 Olena Bezsmertna – E-learning platform for widely spoken EU languages (English, German, French, and Estonian), using the "Mnemo" learning technique.

    Participants will vote for their favorite project. The winner will receive a first prize, and all participants will be offered mentorship by members of the Chambers of Commerce.

    Registration:

    • Free for CAdFE members with an active subscription.
    • €10 for non-members.
    • Tickets include access to a Ukrainian buffet.

    How to contribute:
    Volunteers are needed to mentor the winners. This is a wonderful opportunity to support motivated women striving to integrate and succeed in Estonia.
