Digital Optimization and Growth: Our Experience as Junior Consultants at the CCIFE
The EFAP Specialized MBA in Digital Marketing & Business is ranked #1 in Paris by the EDUNIVERSAL ranking of the best MBAs and Master's programs in Digital. The Full-Time program is aimed at students or young professionals, mostly between the ages of 24 and 30, who wish to complete their training and enhance their skills. The curriculum places significant emphasis on the practical application of the teachings. The goal of the Junior Consultant Project is to have students work on real-world challenges faced by companies in the digital space. Students are grouped into teams of 3 or 4 depending on the class size. Each student dedicates one day per week from mid-November to the end of March to an operational consulting mission, which represents around twelve days of junior consulting work per student. This year, four students collaborated on the digital strategy of the France-Estonia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFE).
A fruitful collaboration to optimize the digital strategy
As a team of junior consultants — Gabrielle Francois, Léa Azoulay, Ayazhan Aukenovae, and Félicie Gaucel — we recently completed an exciting project within the France-Estonia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFE). Our mission: to optimize the organization’s digital strategy in order to attract new members by maximizing its visibility and the reach of its services.
Ambitious goals and tangible results
From the start of our collaboration, we set clear and measurable goals:
-
Increase the number of CCIFE members.
-
Develop social media presence with significant growth in followers.
-
Harmonize content across all digital platforms.
-
Automate the management of newsletters and social media for more efficient communication.
A Collaborative and Agile Methodology
Our approach was based on weekly video meetings with Violaine Champetier de Ribes and Brice Gasnier, our main contacts at the CCIFE. These regular meetings allowed us to present our progress, gather valuable feedback, and adjust our strategy in real time.
Each week, we shared concrete deliverables:
-
Blog articles optimized for search engine optimization (SEO)
-
Engaging posts tailored to different social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
-
Attractive video content to enhance digital presence
A Valuable and Enriching Learning Experience
This junior consulting project was particularly formative for our team. We strengthened our digital communication skills in an international context while learning to work efficiently as a team over several months.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this experience was witnessing the return on investment (ROI) of our efforts as the project progressed. Seeing website traffic increase, engagement rates improve, and the CCIFE community grow was a true source of motivation.
Enhanced Skills and a Broader Perspective
This mission enabled us to reinforce several key professional skills:
-
Mastery of digital marketing tools
-
Designing content strategies aligned with business objectives
-
Data analysis and performance measurement
-
Intercultural communication in a French-Estonian context
-
Collaborative remote project management
Conclusion: A Springboard for Our Professional Future
This experience with the CCIFE will remain a significant milestone in our journey. It allowed us to provide tangible added value to an international organization, while developing valuable skills that will support us throughout our careers.
We would like to warmly thank the entire CCIFE team, especially Violaine and Brice, for their trust, guidance, and the enriching exchanges we had throughout the project.
